Maintenance Excellence Program

At Schultz, new and experienced craft personnel, as well as supervisory staff, are required to complete ongoing training to upgrade their skills and learn site-specific equipment, systems and procedures. Site-specific training programs are developed for our core maintenance crews at every maintenance location we serve, complete with training plans that address:

Reliability and Productivity Tools

To eliminate unanticipated downtime, Schultz makes plant reliability a fundamental requirement of our Maintenance Excellence Program. Our goal is to implement programs and procedures that continually improve equipment operation, manufacturing process and worker productivity.
